Introducing The Clink Café

The Clink Charity recently called on Sterling Foodservice Consultancy to consult and design the foodservice and operations at their newest project: The Clink Café.

We had a chat with Chief Executive of The Clink Charity - Chris Moore to lean more about the project and how working with The Clink, brings unique design challenges to overcome.

The Clink Charity’s sole aim is to reduce reoffending through the training and rehabilitation of prisoners. We work in partnership with HMPPS to run various projects within prisons: Clink Restaurants, Clink Events and Clink Gardens. All projects utilise our Five Step Programme to ensure that prisoners receive the support they need, not only while they are in prison, but also after release: Recruit – Train – Support – Employ – Mentor.
