Operation & Overview Stage

This is the initial planning stage and involves looking at every aspect of your operation in conjunction with all members of your team who have an input or vested interest, thus establishing exactly how your new catering environment will operate and the facilities it will require. Great care and attention is applied at this stage of the consultation to ensure suitable parameters.

At the Operation and Overview stage, our experience as catering design consultants is invaluable because we can comment on or undertake items including:

  • Feasibility studies
  • Operational and equipment audits
  • Hygiene audits
  • Operational questionnaires and data logs.

At the end of this stage we will have information and documentation that will be used to undertake the Scheme Design stage.
