University Hospital, Coventry

In 1992 this was the largest PFI Chill-Cook project being undertaken. The design included the main storage, plus 15 regeneration kitchens, a coffee bar, 2 outpatient restaurants, a staff and a main public restaurant in the acute hospital wing, 7 regeneration kitchens, 2 staff kitchens, a servery and 2 rehabilitation kitchens in the Mental Health Unit and a main public restaurant in the Clinical Sciences building. The total value of this installation was budgeted at approximately £3 million.
