
Robert Croft FIHRobert, a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality moved into specialised consultancy in 1980 since when he has been acknowledged as an expert in Cook-Chill technology and lectured Europe wide on the subject.
With over forty years’ experience in the hotel and catering industry, including ten years as a professional chef, mainly in West Germany and Switzerland, Robert has acted as consultant to several major nationally and internationally known clients. These include VW AG, BASF AG, Wintershall AG, Holiday Inn (CHIC), Shell UK Ltd, various NHS Trusts, City Corporations, Universities and Colleges.
Andrew Etherington FCSIAndrew is an HND graduate from Westminster College with over forty years' experience in the catering and hospitality industry and a background of senior management roles in 4 and 5-star hotels, contract catering contracts and multi-national companies. He entered consultancy over 15 years ago. His specialisms include feasibility studies, strategy development, competitive tendering, operational audits and financial planning.
Andrew is a Professional Member of the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI).
